1. Visa Processing Disclaimer

Chowdhury Air Tours & Travels acts solely as a professional advisory and processing agency. The sole authority to grant or reject any visa resides exclusively with the respective country's Embassy, High Commission, or Immigration Authority. Embassy visa fees and agency processing fees are non-refundable once the file is submitted.

2. Tour Packages & Hotel Reservations

Tour package prices are subject to seasonal currency fluctuations and hotel availability. Standard check-in time for international hotels is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is 12:00 (Noon). Any special dietary or room requests must be informed at least 7 days prior to departure.

3. Air Ticket Cancellation & Reissue

All airline tickets are subject to the specific airline's fare rules, change penalties, and cancellation charges. Promotional non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Chowdhury Air Tours & Travels charges a standard service fee for reissue and cancellation processing in addition to airline penalties.

4. Force Majeure

Chowdhury Air Tours & Travels is not liable for travel disruptions, flight delays, natural disasters, political strikes, or visa delays caused by events beyond our reasonable operational control.
